Shop manual specifies 2.110" from PTO disc hub to top of lever adjusting screws plus or minus 0.010" and a "G" gap of 0.050 to 0.054" (for my particular model) at release lever strut. The gear will fall out and there are thrust washers on either side. Replace the O-ring, lube it with motor oil when you put the shaft back in.
