Jan 29, 2024 · Norman Edgar Gates Jr. 79, of Jacksonville, FL. passed away peacefully on Monday January 29, 2024. Norman was born in Downingtown Pennsylvania on July 27, 1944. He was the oldest of two sons to Rose and Norman Gates Sr. The family moved to Florida during their boys’ youth, where Norman graduated from Landon High School in Jacksonville.
