Intro to statistical learning. This is technical work. We can handle a little math and stats. ISLR offers some aspects of data analysis but was primarily written as a lighter version of the book "The Elements of Statistical Learning". There's also the "Introduction to Statistics and Data Analysis" that focuses on descriptive statistics, which is widely used in business.
