If Bula sells complete M14 rifles now I would go with Bula instead of JRA.Don't know specifically about a completed JRA M14 rifle, but I have used a number of JRA / Bula receivers in builds and have had excellent results. Re: JRA/BULA receiver Don't mess with a rifle that shoots. Build another with the forged receiver. I once had 17 custom built M14 clones, I now have 2. A SAI that is built as a Wolfe match hybrid and an LRB. both were built by Jon Wolfe of m14parts.com. The cast receivers are rated for 350,000 rounds. No reason to get a BM-59 vs. M1A unless you are into collecting one. There are some great choices for M1A's / M14's and though more involved than an AR, you can build your own tackdriver.
