Aug 27, 2012 · The lump is soft and fluid and moves around when you feel for it. I would guess it is about the size of a gumball, and it doesn't cause him any discomfort or pain when you touch it. There is no sign of any puncture or wound at all near where I can feel it. It is on his right side near the base of his rib cage.
