The OEM Macro grip module is the first OEM grip module in the P365 line up that I didn't feel like an aftermarket grip module was necessary. The OEM P365 and P365XL grip mods are tiny in my hands. The Wilson Combat grip modules help a lot, still a bit too small in my hands but I pushed through and made them work for me. The MACRO legion grip module would probably be the best for me, but currently it is not available by itself, has no manual thumb safety cut and it’s costly. I just ordered an Sig P365 X MACRO OEM grip module that is cut for a manual thumb safety and will be adding a XL aftermarket backstrap to it and it’s complete.The 365 x Macro Grip is selling for $74.99 + shipping (as low as 2 day air for $8.99) the mags with all three base plates so they will work with the 365x/xl are lowest at $45.95 (with shipping at $12.65 for 2 day air). Without shipping your looking at almost $167 (rounded up).

I shoot much better with the macro grip module, personally, because the XL grip module is just so small.
