We tasted some 2012 Dom Perignon upon arrival. The 2014 Penultimate was fantastic, but this 2008 was the star of the show. Compared to the 2019 and the 2016, which tasted (relatively) tannic and young, this is really beginning to round into form. I can imagine this wine being something that continues to age beautifully.
