Unfortunately, I don't see the device that's giving me trouble. I only see that when I'm in the Connected Device > Devices page on my router's web page (192.168.0.1 in my case). There are no options to do anything with it there. I can click its name and see its MAC address and its former IP address, but can't delete it.
