Sep 19, 2023 · PUD commissioners on Monday agreed to move forward on a new term sheet for the sale of part of the PUD’s Wenatchee Avenue and Fifth Street headquarters to the YMCA. The terms were first presented to commissioners in June but were since revised, including adding 59,000 square feet of land and $800,000 to the price.
